July 4th Festivities

Join the Jackson County Recreation/Parks Department on July 4th for music, food and fireworks. Festivities will be held in Downtown Sylva. Food vendors will begin sales at 6:00 pm.

• Two music stages will provide entertainment throughout the evening.
  
  On the Upper Stage (in the parking lot adjacent to First Baptist Church of Sylva)
• 6:00-7:30 -- Matt Stillwell;
• 7:30 pm-dark -- 45 Cherry. 
  On the Lower Stage (at the Bridgepark Pavilion)
• 7:00-dark David Cody.

Also, at the Bridgepark Pavilion, from 6:00-9:00pm, kids can enjoy inflatable rides.

The fireworks display will began at dark in front the the Old Courthouse.

Jackson County Transit will provide transportation from Jackson Plaza and the Jackson County Justice Center to downtown Sylva.
